Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen is a man who is well known amongst Cambodian peoples to be a sinister and violent leader. He is a former Khmer Rouge who has repeatedly committed voter fraud to win his elections, and in the most recent election even stopped Cambodian people from voting entirely….
